Our Products
Wood Pellet

Santomo Biomass Indonesia operates a modern wood pellet manufacturing facility in Gresik, East Java, with a production capacity of 1,000 metric tons per month. Leveraging advanced processing technology and strict quality assurance, we transform sustainably sourced biomass into high‑density, low‑moisture pellets that serve as a clean and efficient renewable energy fuel.
Our Gresik plant is strategically positioned near key ports and industrial hubs, enabling smooth logistics and reliable delivery to both domestic and international partners. By combining scalable production with compliance to global sustainability standards, Santomo Biomass Indonesia ensures that every shipment of wood pellets contributes to reducing carbon emissions and supporting the transition toward greener energy solutions.
Palm Residues

Palm residues represent one of Indonesia’s most abundant biomass resources, offering significant potential for renewable energy and sustainable material applications. Key residues include Old Palm Trunks (OPT), which are available during replanting cycles and can be processed into biomass fuel or engineered wood products; Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB), a fibrous by‑product of palm oil extraction that can be converted into pellets, compost, or bioenergy feedstock; and other residues such as palm fronds, fibers, and shells, which together form a versatile portfolio of raw materials.
By harnessing these residues, Santomo Biomass Indonesia supports waste‑to‑value initiatives that reduce environmental impact while creating reliable energy alternatives. Through careful collection, processing, and compliance with sustainability standards, palm residues are transformed into resources that contribute to cleaner energy generation, circular economy practices, and Indonesia’s broader renewable energy transition.
Liqud Natural Gas

Santomo Group has established and operates a state‑of‑the‑art LNG regasification facility, designed to support Indonesia’s growing demand for clean and reliable energy. The facility converts imported liquefied natural gas (LNG) back into its gaseous form, ensuring a stable supply for power generation, industrial use, and broader energy infrastructure. With advanced safety systems, efficient handling processes, and compliance with international standards, the regasification plant reflects Santomo Group’s commitment to operational excellence and energy security.
Strategically located to serve both domestic and regional markets, the facility strengthens Indonesia’s energy resilience while contributing to the transition toward lower‑carbon fuels. By integrating modern workflow management and transparent documentation, Santomo Group ensures that LNG regasification is not only efficient but also sustainable, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner in the global energy sector.
Recent Projects Developed By Santomo

Santomo Biomass Indonesia is actively developing innovative renewable energy solutions by utilizing diverse agricultural and palm oil residues. Our operations include pellet production from rice husks, corn stalks, coffee husks, and sugarcane bagasse, transforming these abundant by‑products into high‑density biomass fuel that supports clean energy generation. In addition, we are advancing Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production from Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB), applying modern conversion technologies to create low‑carbon alternatives for the aviation sector.
Complementing these initiatives, Santomo Biomass Indonesia also harnesses Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) for biogas production, turning liquid waste into a reliable source of renewable energy while reducing environmental impact. Together, these projects demonstrate our commitment to circular economy practices, energy diversification, and Indonesia’s transition toward a more sustainable future. By integrating compliance, efficiency, and international standards, we ensure that agricultural and palm residues are not just waste, but valuable resources powering tomorrow’s energy landscape.
