PT Santomo Biomass Indonesia and PT Reethau Sign Memorandum of Understanding at AZEC Event in the Philippines

PHILIPPINES, 8 October 2026 — PT Santomo Biomass Indonesia (SBI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Reethau during the Asia Zero Emission Community (AZEC) event held in the Philippines on 8 October 2026. The signing marks an important milestone in both companies’ efforts to explore potential collaboration in the biomass sector and contribute to the advancement of cleaner energy solutions.

The occasion brought together representatives from industry and government, reflecting the importance of cross-sector collaboration in accelerating the regional energy transition. Following the signing, representatives participated in an on-stage photo alongside Mr. Takagi Kei, Japan’s State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and Prof. Dr. Eng. Eniya Listiani Dewi, Director General of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) at Indonesia’s Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
